General Manager Qiao Shibo paid a research visit to Changzhou, Jiangsu province on February 3 and met Yan Li, Secretary of the Changzhou Municipal Party Committee. The two exchanged views on increasing further cooperation between the two sides.

Yan Li, on behalf of the Changzhou Municipal Party Committee and Changzhou Government, thanked the long-term support given by CR to the development of Changzhou city. He mentioned that Changzhou is actively promoting the adjustment of its industrial mixture in order to realize common development of the city and industry. He hoped to deepen cooperation between the two parties on existing projects and expand cooperation in medical services. The Changzhou side will provide services as always.

Qiao expressed his appreciation of the support from the city and said the projects CR has invested in—beer, retail, the chemical industry and real estate—were progressing smoothly. CR has more confidence in business development in Changzhou and will push forward the projects while vigorously introducing new cooperation opportunities to make a greater contribution to Changzhou’s development.

Han Jiuyun, member of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Changzhou, Zhang Yunyun, Vice Mayor of Changzhou, leaders from district authorities and departments, as well as heads of CR Office of Board of Director, CR Power, CR Land, CR Gas, CR Vanguard, CR Snow Breweries, CR Chemicals and CR Pharmaceutical attended the meeting.

During the visit, Qiao also inspected local investment projects.
