On December 3, the 7th China International Symposium on Corporate Social Responsibility Reports, hosted by WTO Tribune and other agencies was held in Beijing, at which the list of Leading Enterprises for Golden Bee 2014 Excellent CSR Reports were announced, with CR granted the top award as a leading enterprise, elected from among 2240 enterprises submitting their CSR reports. Golden Bee CSR Report Awards, including awards for leading enterprises, special awards and evergreen awards, are most influential and authoritative in the industry, annually elected by experts following the international standard based on published CSR reports. A total of 53 enterprises were picked out for the awards. Reports winning the awards for leading enterprises are considered as completely disclosing the philosophy, practices, results and representative cases of CSR performance of the enterprises, fully reflecting the characteristics of the industry and the enterprises, providing good reading experience, and thus considered representing the highest level of the reports. The symposium attracted more than 300 representatives from government agencies, enterprises, trade associations, research institutions and news media, who discussed key issues related to the standards, tendencies, compilation, assessment, communication and application of CSR reports as well as the disclosure of social responsibilities of overseas Chinese investment enterprises. Invited by the organizer, a representative from CR gave a speech at the symposium, sharing its experience in compiling the report and comments on how to prepare good CSR reports.
