On November 20, Qiao Shibo went to Zunyi to inspect CR (Zunyi) Hope Town in the company of Deputy General Manager Zhu Jinkun and heads of each profit centers of CR in Guizhou.

Qiao and his party, seven in all, first arrived at the Sightseeing Platform of the Hope town, where they overlooked the whole town and listened to the presentation of the project team on the overall development of the Hope Town. The party also inspected development of the kindergarten, the General Service Center, roads and bridges in the town and the residential buildings, and talked with villagers in the newly built house of He Hongjun, a village of the town. During the talk, Qiao learned about the income of the local residents and asked for their comments on the development of the Hope Town. Villagers attending the talk expressed their appreciation of CR’s care for people in the former Red Area and their satisfaction with the improvements of their life standard.

During the inspection, Qiao spoke positively about the development of the town and pointed that the project team should work painstakingly at the concluding stage, ensuring the quality and safety of the project and making the Hope Town a project of high quality. Qiao also stressed that the project team should offer industrial assistance to the town in reference to the local reality and help increase the income of local farmers.
