On November 13, Chairman Fu Yuning met Lin Zuoming, Chairman of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), and his party in Shenzhen. The two parties thoroughly exchanged opinions and reached far-reaching agreement on how to exert advantages of each other to actively explore potential cooperation in concerned fields.

After the meeting CR and AVIC signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement and a memorandum of strategic cooperation. Chairman Fu and Chairman Lin attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the execution of the agreement and memorandum by Wang Yin, Deputy General Manager of CR and Wu Xiandong, Deputy General Manager of AVIC.

The two parties will enhance their cooperation in many business fields, including refrigeration compressor, special vehicle, wire and cable, gas, 3-D parking lot, central air conditioning, medical equipment, basic electronic device, textile machinery, realty development and smart city. The two parties will also explore and cooperate in the developing Aviation Club complexes, high-end tourism real estate and financial businesses.

Also participating in the meeting and ceremony were representatives of AVIC, including Yin Weining (Assistant to General Manager) and heads of the General Management Office, the Non-aviation Industry Division and the electrical system company, and representatives of CR, including Zhu Jinkun (deputy general manager and Secretary-General of the Group), Chen Ying (Chief Strategy Officer) and heads of the Directors’ Office, the Strategy Management Division, relevant SBUs and Level 1 profit centers.
