On November 6, the graduation ceremony for the 6th “Way of China Resources” Excellent Manager Training Session was held on Baiyangdian Campus of CR University. Fu Yuning, Chairman of the Group and President of CR University, attended the ceremony and gave lecture to the trainees. Also participating in the ceremony and related activities were Chen Lang, Du Wenmin, Wang Chuandong, Wei Bin, Wang Chuncheng, Zhou Longshan, Chen Ying and heads of CR SBUs, heads of the College responsible HR and training as well as head teachers of classes of the 6th session. Before the ceremony, CR University held a Briefing on the Graduation Topics for Action Learning and the Final Innovation Contest on Business Modes.

During his two-hour lecture, Chairman Fu first offered his positive comment on the Innovation Contest on Business Modes and expressed that the innovative and explorative spirits of the trainees deserve encouraging. According to Chairman Fu, CR is on a critical stage of reliving its image and glories. It is the responsibility of this generation of CR members to carry forward its glorious tradition and ideals, brave challenges and reshape excellent CR culture. He hoped that CR members will win back the confidence of the market, clients and the general public in CR and the future development of the Group. He called on the whole Group to “make it solid, make it stronger, make it bigger, make it good and make it longer” and offered his understanding of the meaning and requirements of the motto. As he stressed, “making it solid" is the basis for “making it stronger”, which, in turn, is the basis for “making it bigger”. “Making it good and making it longer” should be the grand mission of all CR members and the solemn representation of CR to the nation, clients and employees. As a state-owned enterprise with a glorious history, we should embrace a lofty vision and commit ourselves to the creation of a healthy business environment of high integrity while creating values for the nation and shareholders. He pointed out that the 5M should be the common pursuit of all CR members, an approach to carrying forward our glories, pursuing our dreams and realizing the grand mission of the Group. We should seek to realize the 5M through shared efforts of all CR members, our systems and our corporate culture.

At the graduation ceremony, Chairman Fu handed diplomas to all 129 trainees attending the 6th “Way of China Resources” Excellent Manager Training Session. The Cement College, the Land College, and the Finance College were respectively ranked as the top three excellent colleges in the 6th training session. The business mode innovation projects presented by the Creation Class, the 4th class of the 6th “Way of China Resources” training session and the Strategy Management Division, respectively, won the top three among the nine entries for the final contest. Snow Beer College, the Gas College and the Cement College won the golden, silver and copper Sunflower Awards for the Future Star New Employee Training Camp 2014 of CR University.
