On the afternoon of October 11, General Manager Qiao Shibo met with Deputy Governor Xu Kezhen of Hubei Province in Shenzhen and the two parties discussed issues related to the enhancement of the cooperation between the two parties. The two parties both expressed that they will make joint efforts to implement the cooperation agreement reached by CPC Secretary Li Hongzhong and Governor Wang Guosheng and the top leaders of CR in Wuhan on September 26 and actively promote the development of key projects in all fields.

During the meeting, Deputy Governor Xu Kezhen also had a focused forum on the development of IC industry with the management of CR Microelectronics, listening to reports on the business development of CR Microelectronics and discussing issues related to the cooperation between the two parties in the IC sector.

Also attending the meeting were heads of the General Office of the province government, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Economic and Information Technology Commission and relevant enterprises as well as heads of the Directors' Office of the Group, CR Power, CR Gas and CR Microelectronics.
