On September 19, the 3rd China Charity Fair, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the SASAC, All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce, the Government of Guangdong Province, the Government of Shenzhen City and China Charity Federation, was held at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center under the theme of “Charity for Social Progress”. China Resources Charity Foundation participated in the fair.

CR’s booth, located the Brand Exhibition Area in No. 1 Hall of the Center, presents images of CR Hope Towns with fine models and displays the notion and results of the development of Hope Towns using rich text, photos and videos. An innovative charity fair was established within the booth, displaying ecological, organic and green agricultural produces, making a highlight of the fair. Many visitors are attracted by CR Hope Towns on display.

China Resources Charity Foundation also held a signing ceremony for two large charity projects on the platform offered by the fair for public resource exchange. The first is a donation of CNY 385 million yuan to the government of Haiyuan County, Zhongwei, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region for the targeted poverty-relieving project in Haiyuan County by rendering assistance to the development of beef cattle breeding and forage processing industries. The second is a donation of CNY 82 million to Tucheng Township, Xishui County, Zunyi for the construction of Zunyi CR Hope Town. The two projects attracted the attention of the whole fair for its innovative mode, large scale of donation and far-reaching influence.
