On September 3, the 6th “Way of China Resources” Excellent Manager training session was formally opened on Baiyangdian campus of the University of China Resources, with 129 trainees, executive directors of the classes and part of the leaders responsible for the classes attending.

At the opening ceremony, the training program under the name of "Way of China Resources” and the current activities of the graduates from the previous sessions were comprehensively reported by means of a survey of alumni and the results of the training and the changes it has brought to the work of the alumni were shared, with the view of enabling new trainees to establish their goals and directions of development and get accustomed with the 66-day training session. A representative of the trainees gave a representation speech on the training ahead and a head of Vanguard and Dean of the Vanguard College gave the class banners to the training classes on behalf of the Group. Finally, executive directors of the training classes expressed their hopes and wishes for the trainees, hoping that their will value the opportunity and get the maximum benefits from the training.

After the opening ceremony, the head of CR Vanguard and Dean of Vanguard College attended the “Leadership Classroom” and interacted with the trainees on the reform leadership, encouraging the trainees to face the reform with a positive attitude. He also called on the trainee to stick to their own beliefs and develop a personality of perseverance and diligence.
