Chairman Fu expressed thanks to the CPC Committee and the provincial government for their support for CR's investment in the province. He said that CR and Jiangsu Province have cooperated for a long time and Jiangsu is one of the provinces with largest investments from CR. The cooperation between the two has been of high quality and the two parties have realized mutual benefits through its businesses in Jiangsu Province of sound achievements. Chairman Fu outlined the development of various business of the Group in the province and exchanged ideas with leaders of the CPC Committee and the provincial government of Jiangsu as to how to promote the cooperation between the two parties on key projects. Chairman Fu also expressed his hope that the two parties will further enhance their cooperation and increase the scope and scale of the cooperation.

Luo and Li expressed their appreciation of the visit of Chairman Fu and General Manager Qiao and the positive contribution of the Group to the social and economic development of the province. They also expressed that the province will continue to support the business of the Group in Jiangsu. According to Luo, CR and Jiangsu have developed a solid cooperative relationship and many regions and cities in the province have established sound cooperation relationship with CR through their understanding and support in the course of long-term cooperation. In recent years, the real economy of the province has seen rapid development, laying a solid foundation for the economic development of the province and spurring the rapid development of the modern service industry. CR’s businesses have many connections with the economic development of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu will continue to support the cooperation between the two parties. Li pointed out that CR has made large investments in many fields in Jiangsu, with its business outlets covering the whole province and benefiting the general population. The two parties have developed comprehensive close cooperation relationship. The adjustment and transformation of the industrial structure of Jiangsu requires huge efforts. He therefore hoped that CR will continue to support Jiangsu Province and, while continuing enhancing the existing cooperation, further increase the scope of cooperation and scale of investments in the province.

During their stay in Jiangsu, Chairman Fu and General Manager Qiao inspected Yuefu Project and Suguo Shopping Center of CR Land in Nanjing, the Polyester Production Center and Warehousing Operation Center of CR Chemical in Changzhou, MIXC City of CR Land and 8-inch wafer production line of CR Microelectronics and CR (Wuxi) Gas Co., Ltd. in Wuxi. During the inspections, the leaders of the Group asked in detail about problems encountered during the course operation and development of various businesses and spoke positively of the development various businesses in Jiangsu. While inspecting CR Microelectronics, Chairman Fu also talked with the intermediate and top management and heard about the businesses of the company and issues raised concerning the future development of the company. Chairman Fu briefly analyzed the tendency of global information-based development and the future of the microelectronics industry of China, focusing on the theme of talents and systems and encouraging the management to exert their own advantages and give full play of their talents, with the view of making greater contribution to the business development of the company.
