On the afternoon of June 21, Chairman Fu Yuning visited CR Xiaojing Bay Project under development and attended a forum with the representatives of young employees in the company of Wu Xiangdong, Assistant General Manager of the Group.

Chairman Fu visited the project site and listened to reports on the project. Fu spoke positively of the sound sales result of Phase I of the project. According to him, the project enjoys advantageous natural landscape. The project team should exert the recourses integration capacities and plan implementation capacities of the Group and build the project into a benchmark seaside real estate project in China. Fu pointed out that in a changing market environment, developer should strive to develop projects of sound brand, quality and taste following customer demands and provide customers with better seaside life experience through leading design philosophy, sound quality and considerate property management services.  

During the visit, Chairman Fu held a friendly talk with representatives of young employees. He expressed his appreciation of their loyalty and hardworking attitude. He also answered their questions and offered his advice on relevant issues. Fu shared his own development experience and advised young employees to exert their initiatives, use their mind, broaden their visions on their current professional posts in the early days of their career and play their role as the main workforce of the enterprise.
