On June 7 and 9, Qiao Shibo met with Deputy Governor He Min of Liaoning Province, Mayor Chen Haibo of Shenyang, CPC Secretary Gang Rui and Mayor Gao Hongbin of Benxi, separately on a visit to Liaoning Province. He expressed sincere thanks to leaders of various levels of the province and exchanged ideas on the further cooperation between CR and Liaoning Province.

During his visit, Qiao also inspected CR (Benxi) Sanyao Co., Ltd., Shenliao Road Store of CR Vanguard and the Underground Development Project of CR Urban Transportation Co., Ltd. at West Square of Shenyang Railway Station. He asked in detail about the business operation and management of Shenliao Road Store, the progress of the underground project and difficulties encountered in the development and encouraged members of the stores and workers engaged in the project development to exert their best efforts under the care and support of the Group.
