On the afternoon of June 6, a delegation from Henan Province, headed by Deputy Governor Zhao Jiancai, visited CR and was received by Chen Lang, Wang Chuandong and Zhu Jinkun on behalf of the Group. The two parties discussed issues related to the further promotion and expansion of the investment and development of CR in the province and executed a new Agreement on Furthering the Strategic Cooperation.

During the meeting, Deputy General Manager Chen Lang first expressed sincere appreciation of Zhao’s visit on behalf of the Group and the support leaders of the province and relevant cities have provided for CR in its investment and development in Henan Province an outlined the overall business development of the Group. According to Zhao, CR is an important strategic partner of Henan Province, with its businesses underway in most cities of Henan Province. The two parties have built a solid foundation for long-term cooperation. He expressed his hope that CR will actively participate in the implementation of the three national strategic plans for the development of the Grain production Core Zone of Henan Province, Zhongyuan Economic Development Zone and the Comprehensive Pilot Economic Zone of Zhengzhou Airport, increase its investment and development efforts in Henan. He also undertook that the province will continue to provide substantial support for CR's investment and development in the province.

Following the new Agreement on Furthering the Strategic Cooperation, the two parties will comprehensively promote their cooperation in the sectors of power, real estate, building materials, gas, pharmaceutical, finance, retail, beer and food, taking the agreement as a new starting point and a higher platform.

Also present at the meeting and the execution ceremony were leaders of government agencies and cities of the province and heads of the Directors' Office, CR Power, CR Land, CR Cement, CR Gas, CR Pharmaceutical, CR Vanguard, CR Beer and CR Ng Fung.
