On May 26, Chairman Fu Yuning visited the headquarters of CR Textiles, hearing reports on CR Textiles and attended a conference with the management team in the company of General Manager Qiao Shibo.

Assistant General Manager Wang Chuncheng of the Group reported on the basic information, major initiatives in recent years and main work tasks of CR Textiles in 2014. His report focused on the achievements and current problems in the transformation, lean management, optimal employment etc., and briefed on the main work tasks on the next stage.

Fu expressed his satisfaction with the achievements CR Textiles attained by continuing its transformation and promotion of lean management and his appreciation of CR Textiles’ initiatives in promoting the development of two mechanisms and the management’s courage in shouldering responsibility and care for the wellbeing of the employees. According to Fu, CR Textiles should pay attention to four points in the face of the current difficulties: The first is to improve the competency of the enterprise and enhance its foundation for future development at this point, in the face of the down international market and low growth rate; the second is to actively explore the new approach to transformation and seek overall adjustment through the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise; the third is to develop a clear and robust strategic preparation so as not to miss any opportunities when they arise; the fourth is to constantly improve its competency in terms of the use of new textile materials and technical innovation so that the enterprise will be able to stay in the lead of the industry. Fu said that the management of CR Textiles is a team with lofty pursuit, courage and a spirit of exploration. He hoped that the management will be confident, brave all difficulties, develop clear plans, continue to promote the adjustment and transformation of the enterprise and ensure the stability of the employee team.

Wang expressed that CR Textiles is determined to overcome all difficulties encountered, make its best efforts to accomplish the work tasks and seek to attain the work goals set for this year.
