On May 10, Fu visited the headquarters of CR Healthcare in Beijing and heard reports of the management team and key technical personnel of CR Healthcare.
Heads of CR Healthcare reported on the general strategy, core competency development and current business operations of the company and outlined the challenges and opportunities CR Healthcare is faced with in reference to the policies, characteristics, industrial risks and market competition of the medical industry, as well as the business focuses of the company. Heads of key local projects of CR Healthcare, including the Future Science Town, CR Hotel, JCI, CR Clinics, etc., also reported the progress of their projects.
Fu highly recognized the industrial positioning of CR Healthcare and its management approach featuring enterprise-typed, process-typed, IT--typed and hotel-typed management and scientific management approach. Fu pointed out that in the current industrial environment, CR Healthcare should pay close attention to three key issues: Firstly, when establishing a new hospital project, how to organize the medial team and how the project development and the establishment of the medical system of the company can be coordinated; the second is how to take the lead of the industry by taking JCI as a breakthrough; the third is to be concerned with the risk involved in the lease business and complete the risk management system for the lease industry. Fu termed the management team of CR Healthcare as one full of innovative ideas, ambitions and entrepreneurial passions. He hoped that the management team will continue to cherish the entrepreneurial enthusiasm, keep closely informed of the market tendencies, improving its organizational structure and balancing the long-term investment and short-term return. Fu encouraged the management of CR Healthcare to realize external expansion by rapidly establishing competent management teams, building several high-grade hospitals with art-of-state services and developing the business scale through merger and integration so as to establish the leading position of CR Healthcare in the industry.
