On the afternoon of May 9, Fu Yuning and Qiao Shibo visited Wang Jun and Bateer, CPC Secretary and Chairman of Inner Mongolia, in Hohhot and the two parties exchanged ideas as to the further cooperation and mutual development.

Wang expressed his appreciation of Fu and Qiao and outlined the social and economic development of Inner Mongolia. He said that the “8337” development strategy is being implemented across the whole region for the purpose of making the region a more beautiful landscape in the north frontier of China. CR Group features robust business competency and a wide range of businesses, so there are great potentials for the two parties to cooperate in developing bases for the production and distribution of clean energy and green agricultural and livestock products. He hoped that the two parties will expand the scope of cooperation, promote the level of cooperation and generate greater cooperation results on the basis of current sound cooperation. He undertook that the Autonomous Region will strive to create a good environment and promote mutual development of the two parties.

Fu expressed his thanks for the substantial long-term support the Region has given to CR and outlined CR’s investment and development in the Region. He said that Inner Mongolia is on a critical stage for a new round of development and enjoys huge development potentials. CR is confident of its development in the Region. CR’s businesses are closely related to the livelihood of the population. CR will better exert its advantages as a central enterprise, integrate its development with that of the Region, increase its investment efforts, optimize the industrial layout in the Region, quicken the progress of its project underway, with the hope of making new contributions to the scientific development and the wellbeing of the local population.

Fu and Qiao also called on Chairman Bateer and discussed the investment and cooperation between the CR and Inner Mongolia, the facilitation of the development of key projects in the Region. Chairman Bateer expressed his appreciation of CR’s development in the Region and undertook that he will do his best to support CR’s development in the region and the cooperation between the two parties.

During their stay in Inner Mongolia, Fu and Qiao inspected the Vanguard Store on East Xinhua Road in Hohhot and CR New Energy’s branch in Inner Mongolia. During their inspection of Vanguard Store, Fu learned in detail about the sales, commodities investment and profitability of the store and expressed his thanks to all the staff members of the store. When inspecting the branch of CR New Energy, Fu met with all the staff members working in the office. He heard reports on the coal-power integration project and encouraged them to promote their professionalism, strengthen the product safety measures and enhance the construction and management work of the project.

Accompanying Fu and Qiao on the visit were leaders of the Directors’ Office and related profit centers.
