On May 8, Fu visited the Ole’ Store in Guomao (Phase III), Pacific Coffee and the store of China Arts & Crafts in Beijing.
During the visit, Fu learned about the sales, profit and core businesses of the business units and expressed his satisfaction with the business statuses of those units and the work attitude of the employees. He expressed his special concern about life of the first-line employees.
At the Ole' store, Fu asked in detail about the scale of the store, numbers of employees, rental, etc., and discussed about the gross margins of red wine, chocolate and other core categories, tariffs and franchised goods with relevant personnel. Fu admired the customer experience mode of the bread processing kitchen. After learning about the current supply chain of Ole’, he hoped that Ole’ will continue to promote its operations in terms of commodity access, reduction of the cost for collective procurement, the turnover efficiency and the safety measures for the cold food distribution system.
At Guomao Store of Pacific Coffee, Fu inquired in detail about the investment in a single store of Pacific Coffee, the rental level, the number of profiting stores of Pacific Coffee and the stages of business development. He tasted a coffee of American flavor and was satisfied with the taste. Fu hoped that Pacific Coffee will pay more attention to the differentiated customer needs and the quality of services. He pointed out that the consumer commodity is a sector full of challenges. The young management team should focus on the improvement of their operations and seek rapid growth.
