On May 6, Ding Shaoxiang, a delegation from Yunnan Province, headed by Deputy Governor of the province, visited CR and was received by Fu Yuning and Wang Yin. The two parties discussed issues concerning further enhancement of the cooperation between the two parties.

Fu expressed his appreciation to Deputy Governor Ding’s visit and the support the CPC Committee and Government of Yunnan Province have provided for the CR’s operating businesses and project under development in the province. Fu said that CR will further strengthen practical cooperation with Yunnan Province, actively participate in the new-type urbanization and the development of the opening-up of the frontier regions and further explore the development of Dianzhong New Industrial Zone, with the view of further advancing cooperation between the two parties in relevant industries in the province.

Ding conveyed the best regards of CPC Secretary Qin Guangrong and Governor Li Jiheng to Fu. He said that Yunnan Province highly values the cooperation with CR and the two parties have cooperation for long in many fields with remarkable results. He outlined measures Yunnan Province has taken in the new urbanization, the industrial development of Dianzhong New Industrial Zone, the development of infrastructure and public welfare causes. He hoped that his visit will further promote the cooperation between the two parties in the above-mentioned three major fields. He undertook that the provincial government will strive to create a favorable investment environment and actively address problems arising in investment projects with the hope of promoting the cooperation between the two parties onto a new stage.

Also attending the meeting were other leaders of the provincial government, relevant departments, cities and prefectures as well as heads of relevant divisions of CR Group.
