On the afternoon of May 1, Hu Chunhua, (member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Politburo and CPC Secretary of Guangdong Province) visited CR (Shenzhen) Center in the company of Wang Rong (member of the Standing CPC Committee of Guangdong Province and CPC Secretary of Shenzhen) and other leaders of the province and Shenzhen City and was met and escorted on the inspection tour by Chairman Fu Yuning and Assistant General Manager Wu Xiangdong on behalf of the Group.

During the visit, Hu stopped here and there to inquire about the development and operation of the project. Fu and Wu offered detailed information about the real estate business of CR Group in Shenzhen and Mixc City Project of CR (Shenzhen), expressing CR’s confidence to expand its real estate business in Shenzhen and the whole province and contribute to the new type of urbanization.

Hu expressed his admiration for the construction level and operation achievements of the projects developed by the Center and the remarkable contribution of the projects to the upgrading and transformation of local economy and commercial service industry. He said that he was especially impressed by the efforts of CR in reforming the old urban areas, developing projects of high quality, promotion regional environment and image of the city. He encouraged CR to attain greater achievements in the future integrated urban development and the commercial fields.

Accompanying Hu on his inspection tour were Liu Kewei (Deputy Secretary-General of the CPC Committee of Guangdong Province) and Li Huanan (Secretary-General of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen City) as well as heads of relevant divisions of CR Land.
