On March 18, General Manager Qiao Shibo went on an inspection and study tour to Bijie Circular Economic and Industrial Park, where he visited the worksite, learned in detail about the planning and construction of the park and Dafang Power Plant. At the conference held on the worksite, he discussed issues related to the facilitation of the construction of the park with CPC Secretary Zhang Jiyong of Bijie City and other leaders of relevant government departments of the city as well as heads of relevant CR enterprises in Guizhou Province.

At the conference, Qiao expressed sincere appreciation of the substantial support of the municipal government to the CR projects in the city. He required the management of the products under construction to closely cooperate with local governments to promote the preliminary work, resolve difficulties and problems encountered, He undertook that CR will focus on the coal and power generation and seek to launch and facilitate the planned projects within the year. He also required the CR enterprises to further optimize the overall design of the park, focusing on the development and ecosystem, and to be both time-efficient and optimal in implementing the projects. He further required all CR units in Guizhou to cooperate with each other to develop the park and facilitate the economic development of the city through cooperation with the municipal government. Zhang expressed his thanks to CR for its substantial support to the economic development of the city in the past years and undertook that all the departments and agencies of the city at all levels will provide the best support to CR’s projects in the city and create better investment environment for further cooperation and win-win development of the two parties through improving services.

During the work tour, Qiao also met with Meng Qiliang and Mu Degui, both Deputy Governors of Guizhou Province, and the two parties exchanged opinions as to the progress of CR's investment projects in Guizhou. The two parties undertook to make shared efforts to further their cooperation and facilitate the implementation of CR projects in the province for win-win achievements.
