We, the Directors’ Office, on behalf of the China Resources Group Corporation (hereinafter “China Resources”), hereby clarify as follows:

I China Resources and its affiliates follow a strict procedure for recruiting new members and such information as direct trial employment or recruitment should not be relied on;

II China Resources and its affiliates are all legally registered corporate entities. Those interested may visit the websites of the Group or related affiliates for relevant information, including the names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.;

III China Resources will take all measures available to combat various infringement and fraud behaviors. We welcome all kinds of clues from the public to help our efforts.
