Between March 2 and 7, participants in the Hope Town School Teaching Support Program sponsored by CR Charitable Foundation carried out one-week teaching support activities at Jinzhai CR Hope Town as its second stop. The 7 participants include trainees in the 3rd and 4th sessions of Road of China Resources, a course offered by the University of China Resources and members of the HR Division of the Group.

During the activities, the Teaching Support team gave several lessons, including “Learning about the World through Movies”, “Happy Station", “Standard for Students", etc. to 95 children in Grade 1 through 5, using multimedia and the latest teaching methods to stimulate children's thirst for knowledge and interest in learning. The team also taught local students and teachers gymnastic lessons and the national anthem. Having learned about the out-dated teaching equipment in Gutang Primary School, the team brought computers, movable sound boxes, books and sports equipment and supplies donated by the University of China Resources and trainees in the university. CR (Shanghai) Beverage Co., Ltd. donated books for the students and CR Land (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. provided vehicles for the team.

The Hope Town School Teaching Support Program of CR Charitable Foundation was sponsored and organized by the Directors’ Office and the HR Division of the Group, formally launched in May, 2013. The teaching support team fulfilled their tasks in a patient and responsible manner, expanding the vision of the students and practicing the corporate notion of China Resources “Cherishing a thanksgiving heart and rewarding the public”.
