Recently, informatization work office of SASAC issued “the Notice of the Appraisal Results of 2012 State Enterprises Informatization Level” and CR was named “A-level enterprise”.

It is reported that the appraisal of state enterprises informatization level is aimed at better guiding and promoting the construction of state enterprises informatization and realizing the integration of informatization and industrialization and making state enterprises bigger and stronger and improving their core competitive strength through the comprehensive and objective appraisal of state enterprises informatization level. In 2013, SASAC, according to the requirements of rectification and reform of state enterprises management and the development status of state enterprises informatization, revised substantially the relevant appraisal indexes and requirements, with the coverage of centralizing construction, application effects and information security as the key point of reform and more emphasis on industrial index. The revised indexes focus more on the five dimensions of the driving force of informatization organization, designing ability of top management, business integration, foundation supporting capacity and the secure operation ability of information system.
