On December 4, the 10th China Best Corporate Citizen Awards awarding ceremony, co-sponsored by the 21st Century Business Herald and the 21st Century Business Review was held in Beijing. At the ceremony, CR was granted China Best Corporate Citizen Award for Best Social Innovation in 2013. The award is granted in recognition of CR’s outstanding contributions to the urbanization of China by creating a new innovative mode through Hope Town Projects and to the exploration of new approaches to the "three rural issues".

On December 6, the High-end Marketing Forum of the Community for 2013 was hosted by Tianya Community (www.tianya.cn) in Sanya, Hainan Province. At the forum, awards were granted to enterprises with outstanding performances in business management and corporate social responsibilities during the year. CR was awarded the Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Award for 2013, in recognition of the efforts of the Group in performing its corporate social responsibilities.
