Recently, the SASAC issued “The Decision of Recognizing Winners and Winning Units at the Accounting Skill Contests 2013 for Employees of Central Enterprises”, recognizing the efforts of central enterprises in earnestly implementing the talent strategy and participating in the contests and model units and excellent individual employees with outstanding performances at the contests. In the contests, CR won the Outstanding Organizer Award and Fan Purong, a member of the Finance Division of the Group won the silver award for individual contester and the title “Young Skilled Employee of Central Enterprise”.

In recent years, the Group has attached great importance to the development of financial functions and included the financial leadership development in the financial strategy section of the 12th Five-Year Plan, actively accelerated the development of financial talents at all levels and the promotion of financial capacities of the financial sector with the view of meeting the needs of business development of the Group.
