On November 12, President Senji Miyake of Kirin Brewery Co., Ltd., Japan, visited CR (Shaoshan) Hope Town, in the company of Chen Lang, Deputy General Manager of CR.

President Senji Miyake and his party visited Vanguard Supermarket, the Produce Exhibition Hall of Runnong Cooperative, new houses, the site of former village office, CR School and the Health Service Center, learning in detail about the inception and development of CR Hope Towns and their leading role in the development of the surrounding rural areas. They also visited farmers' houses and learned about the improvement of the living conditions and environment of residents.

President Senji Miyake spoke highly of the development of the Hope Town and CR’s efforts in developing its hope towns.
