Between August 4 and 7, General Manager Qiao Shibo went on an inspection visit to Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan. Qiao met with CPC Secretary Zhai Zhanyi and Governor Luo Liangqing of Liangshan Prefecture and inspected CR Yazui River Project Company and Xichang Snow Breweries.

At Yazui River Company, Qiao inspected Buxi Dam, Buxi Plant and power plants at Yangangzha and Paopaping, learned in detail about the construction, generation and equipment operation of the cascade hydropower station, attended the tree-planting activity “CR Yazui River Constructors’ Woods” and the launching ceremony of the Employee Entertainment Room, talked with the employees and listened to reports of relevant leaders on the Project. Qiao expressed heartfelt thanks to those who have been working in this faraway area and contributing to the success of the power plant. He pointed out that the hydropower generation is an industry of large one-lump investment and long-term benefits. As it is the best era for power plant development, the Project Company should unite all efforts to address problems currently existing in the project and create a good working and life environment through painstaking efforts. Qiao stressed that Yazui River Project holds greater significance and value than a project, as hydropower development enjoys a great prospects. He hoped that all employees will be confident in their work and exert their best efforts to maximize the value of the shareholder and the employees.

Qiao also visited CR Snow Breweries (Xichang) Limited. Accompanying Qiao on the visit were heads of the Directors’ Office, CR Power, CR Gas, Snow Breweries.
