Recently, the Ministry of Finance issued the Briefing of the National Work on Annual Financial Accounts in 2012, recognizing CR’s work on annual financial accounts.

In 2012, the Finance Department of the Group, in joint efforts with the Information Department, the Directors’ Office, the Strategy Management Department, the Department of Personnel, and other functional departments, prepared and submitted the Reports on Financial Accounts in 2012 which was successfully approved upon review by the Ministry of Finance and the SASAC, by overcoming difficulties arising from the scale of subsidiaries at all levels, complexity of equity, replace of auditors and time pressure, formulating the financial accounting process, enhancing the organization of the accounting work and auditing procedures at various levels and ensuring the accuracy of accounting information.
