On the afternoon of October 24, the 2013 Hainan (PRD) Investment Promotion and Project Signing Ceremony was held in Shenzhen. Vice Chairman Wang Yin of the Group attended the ceremony on behalf of CR and exchanged opinions with Deputy Governor Li Guoliang of Hainan Province on the enhancement of the cooperation between the two parties.

The scope of cooperation between CR and the provincial government of Hainan has been expanding since the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement, with more than 20 projects in the fields of real estate, cement and retail established in the province. A CR Hope Town has also been established in Wanning, and new approaches explored to promote the rural economy and construct new socialist rural areas in Hainan.
