On December 8, 2023, the Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference was held at Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center. Wang Xiangming, Chairman of China Resources Group was invited on behalf of China Resources Group.

Meng Fanli, Secretary of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, delivered a speech at the conference, while Qin Weizhong, Mayor of Shenzhen, presided over the conference. Over 1,000 guests from different countries and regions, including the United States, Japan, and the European Union participated in the conference. A number of major projects, including China Resources Microelectronics, showcased their achievements and got awarded on site.

This conference was hosted by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government. It showcases the investment achievements of various districts and departments in the city, comprehensively demonstrating the latest progress in high-quality economic and social development, as well as the world-class business environment in Shenzhen. It also highlights important measures in promoting the deep integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain, while also promoting the high-quality development of a headquarters economy, private economy, and foreign trade.
